Bridgegate

A scandal in which officials linked to New Jersey Governor Chris Christie were accused of ordering the closure of several lanes of the George Washington Bridge in an allegedly deliberate attempt to cause traffic jams in Fort Lee, New Jersey (a town whose mayor who had not backed Christie's 2013 reelection bid). Was anyone ever charged in Bridgegate?
