(informal) the most important man in a group of people, especially a group involved in criminal activities Police have arrested a man they believe is the Mr Big of Brighton's drug scene.
Mr Right
a man who would be the perfect husband for a particular woman because he has all the qualities that she wants I'm sure she'll settle down with a nice man one day soon. She just hasn't found Mr Right yet.

something that you say when you have decided to behave in a less pleasant way I'm fed up with people taking advantage of me. From now on, it's no more Mr Nice Guy.
Mr. Big
1. n. an important man; the boss man. (Also the name of a character in HBO’s Sex and the City.) So you’re Mr. Big. I thought you’d be taller.
2. n. a nickname for the head of a group of criminals, especially one who wants to remain anonymous. Lefty was asked to pay a visit to Mr. Big, and Lefty was scared.
Mr. Hawkins

Put something on your head, or Mr. Hawkins will cut you down. Mr. Nice Guy
